StM Bingo Cards are cards showcase some of the ways families can be involved at St. Martin’s, including school events, community events, and opportunities to support and volunteer. Each family gets one card for the year. They can bring this card with them each time they attend an event or support/volunteer opportunity, and a school/event/committee representative will initial the corresponding square. For example, if a family attends an athletic event, the person working the door or ticket counter can initial the square. If a parent attends a committee or club meeting, the committee chair or club president can initial the square.
Once a family has five squares in a row completed, they receive a prize. They then have the opportunity to complete additional squares to win additional bingo prizes, or potentially a “blackout” prize for completing at least 20 of the possible 25 squares.
At the end of the 2023-24 school year, any family who has achieved bingo or “blackout” can be entered into a raffle to win one of two grand prizes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can you get a bingo card if you don’t have one?
Bingo cards can be picked up in the Business Office or at the sign-in/welcome table for school-wide events.
How can you get bingo?
Complete five squares in a row, either across, down, or diagonally.
What if I attend an event or meeting and do not have my card with me? How can I show I completed the square?
While squares can be initialed at an event or meeting, they can also be initialed afterwards. Just bring your bingo card to the Business Office with some sort of proof of completion (a copy of a ticket or program from the event, an agenda from a meeting, a picture of you in attendance, etc.)
Where/How can I claim my prize?
You can bring your card to the Business Office and pick from the list of eligible prizes. Someone in the Business Office will confirm and mark your card as claimed before returning it to you to continue towards “blackout”.
How can I be entered into the grand prize raffle?
A list of families who claim bingo or “blackout” will be kept throughout the year. Those families will be automatically entered into the drawing.
