Seventh Grader Shares Story of Passover and Seder Meal with Classmates
April 30th, 2024
Molly Dunn ‘29 (daughter of Sam Dunn '91) brought Matzah and charoset to share with her seventh grade religion class. She told the class the story of Passover and about the Seder meal. Together, the class talked about the foods on the Seder Plate that help tell the story of the Israelites' liberation from slavery. We're grateful for this experience to learn more about the cultures and faith traditions of our StM students and families. As an Episcopal school, St. Martin's approach to religious study is not only meaningful, academically substantive, and age-appropriate but also fosters dialogue with other faith traditions.
