February 4th, 2025
Tucker Manning ’25 was selected as a regional award winner for the 2025 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, the country's longest-running and most prestigious scholarship and recognition program for creative students in grades 7-12. Two of his works, “Queen” and “All In,” won regional awards in the category of photography.
His entries, “Queen” and “All In” earned Silver and Gold Key recognition, respectively. Entries that win a Gold Key are automatically considered for National Awards, including Gold Medal, Silver Medal, and scholarship awards. Manning’s “All In” has automatically advanced to the national level of judging in New York City. National Medalists will be announced on Wednesday, March 26. 2025.
The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards are presented by the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers. The Alliance is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to identify students with exceptional artistic and literary talent and present their remarkable work to the world through the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. The awards give students opportunities for recognition, exhibition, publication and scholarships. Since 1923, Scholastic Art and Writing has been the longest running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens.
